The reason why we chose this car seat over its competitors :)

Upright position

Fully reclined and great for napping

The Maxi Cosi Axiss has some nice features, not only does it rotate to the side to make putting the child in and taking them out easier but it also fits great in most cars with it's easy belt routing and belt tensioner.

What I really like are the large shoulder and chest performance pads and the belt hooks on each side of the seat to keep the harness out of the way when placing the child in the Axiss.

It also features a one handed harness height adjustment which is done by simply pulling on the headrest.

The recline position on the Axiss is great but I find it very hard to do one handed from the front seat as you need to press the button and pull the seat up (with the child's weight in it, it can be heavy), I do wish there was a spring type mechanism to make it easier. The recline on the Maxi Cosi Tobi is much better and very easy to do one handed.

The seat fabrics are surprisingly easy to take off and as long as you pay attention just as easy to put back on :)

This is our own car seat. I wasn't paid for this review. All opinions are my own.
